We don’t want to go on (too much), but the challenge is on to find a better hot cross bun than this one! Perfectly, lightly spiced, with raisins, a delicate glaze. Serve warmed, toasted, cold, with butter, jam, honey, Sally’s Seville orange marmalade … any way you like. Guaranteed to please.
