Deliveries and Returns

Delivery

We are currently delivering to the following central London postcodes using Ecofleet sustainable bikes:

At checkout you will have the option to choose your preferred day of delivery
as well as a choice of three time windows:

08:00 – 09:30

12:00 – 13:30

16:00 – 17:30

What if my postcode doesn’t fall inside your catchment area or I have a question about delivery?

Do you offer same day delivery?

We make all our goods to order – for this reason, only orders received before midday can be delivered next day.

You can select a delivery date of your choice of up to 20 days ahead.

If you are not able to accept the delivery, we will try to contact you via the phone number and email given to us when the order was placed. Unless specified we will return the page to our shop and attempt a 2nd delivery later that day or the following day.

For next day delivery please order before midday the previous day.

We endeavour to deliver on Bank Holidays however this is not guaranteed.

We deliver all orders with Ecofleet sustainable delivery bikes.

Refund Policy

Refunds
Refunds are at the discretion of Sally Clarke Shop and Restaurant.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process can take up to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
