Do you offer same-day delivery?
We make all our goods to order â€“ for this reason, only orders received before midday can be delivered next day.
You can select a delivery date of your choice of up to 20 days ahead.
If, for some reason, you are not able to accept the delivery on the day specified, we will try to contact you by the phone number and email given to us when the order was placed. Unless otherwise stated we will return the order to our shop and attempt a second delivery later that day or the following day.
For next-day delivery, please order before midday the previous day.
We endeavour to deliver on bank holidays however this is not guaranteed.
We deliver all orders with sustainable eco-delivery bikes whenever possible â€“ otherwise we offset any carbon emissions caused by using other vehicles.
Refunds are at the discretion of Sally Clarke shop and restaurant.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process can take up to 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you havenâ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often processing time before a refund is visible in your account.
