Sally Clarke – Autumn 2024 …
First up, the BIG NEWS is that book number 4, ‘In Season for 40 Years‘ has arrived in London from the printers (based in the hills of Wales), and the launch date is 24th October 2024. Sally will be signing and inscribing all week at the Restaurant and Shop, lunch, dinner … and probably all times in between! This book is not a recipe book per se (even though its 12 season-chapters each have an ingredient and an idea on how to best use it). It is more a celebration of the restaurant’s 40 years and the people who have made it what it is, be they present or past members of staff, our suppliers, regular customers, or some of those special individuals we know who work within the industry. There are even a few hilarious stories woven in and around – with photographs throughout.
A ‘heartfelt homage’, a ‘joyful meander down memory lane’, snapshots of Clarke’s over the years, and the people who have made it so special.
