For nearly 40 years, Sally Clarke’s successful shop and ever-changing, delicious range of dishes produced by the restaurant and production kitchen have continued to evolve. It is no different as we close in on the shop’s fourth decade, supporting the restaurant, supported by the restaurant, and simply existing because of it.

We have almost come full circle, with changes to the wholesale bakery and production kitchen. New and old dishes are vying for time and space, so we are bringing classics and exclusive small runs of the things you know and love back to the restaurant kitchen, and to a team of hand-picked Sally Clarke proteges.

Sally continues to work closely with her restaurant chefs, and her hand-picked backing consultants to progress the shop (including the online shop) range throughout the seasons.
