You are invited to a talk and demonstration given by
Clarke’s Dining Room Manager and ‘Florist Extraordinaire’, Colin Livingston,
ably assisted by Sally’s mother Sheila, keen gardener and botanical artist.
Together they will talk about early morning starts at Covent Garden,
the arrangements of flowers and plants at the restaurant
and the upkeep and care of the garden at Clarke’s.
A light summer 2 course lunch will be served, to include bellini on arrival
and a glass of Paul’s favourite white wine from the list.
Start time 12 noon, approximate finish 2:30
