Made in our Restaurant Kitchen

A little over 25 years ago, following the growing success of the shop and the ever-increasing range of dishes that were being produced by the restaurant, kitchen space was becoming an issue! Sally Clarke’s wholesale bakery (with its superior kitchen space) took on the task to produce the delicious items it was becoming difficult to create in the restaurant kitchen and we continued this way for some time.

We have now come full circle, with changes to the wholesale bakery now managed by Sally’s sister company, Notting Hill Bakery. New and old dishes were vying for time and space so we are bringing classics and exclusive small runs of the things you know and love back to the restaurant kitchen.

Sally continues to work so closely with Chef Michele and her restaurant chefs AND with the Notting Hill Bakery team as they evolve the range throughout the seasons.
