Congratulations to Sally Clarke on the remarkable 35th anniversary of the eponymous restaurant. She opened the doors of her Kensington site on 17 December 1984 and now has a shop and bakery as well as the consistently popular restaurant. Clarke employs 120 staff, with many remaining with the chef/patron for more than 15 years.
