Where is everything made?
The shop is just across the road from our restaurant kitchen, where most of our take-home dishes for retail (including the now famous chicken, mushroom, and leek pie) are made.
Our professional chefs work extra hard and long around busy restaurant service times to create a range of take-home dishes for our retail customers. Meals to reheat and serve at home for lunch or dinner, often simple versions of the seasonal fare that is offered for lunch or dinner in the restaurant. All using fresh ingredients, prepared and cooked in the traditional way.
Do you do delivery and collection?
Yes! We offer collection from our shop at 1 Campden Street, and arrange central London deliveries through our affiliation with local courier companies.
Where can I get my order delivered?
Our courier service delivers to various locations around central London. We are also very happy to pack up and have ready any items for your own courier to collect, particularly if you are outside London.
If you fall outside of our catchment area (which changes often), please get in touch with Diane, Rigi, or Roman by email – shop@sallyclarke.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
When can I get my order delivered?
We can arrange delivery every day of the week. If you order from our online shop, you can choose up to 20 days in advance with three different time windows:
8:00 – 9:30, 12:00 – 13:30 and 16:00 – 17:30.

What should I do with my packaging?
The box you receive is made of craft cardboard, so it is easily recycled, and we have also moved to plant-based biodegradable cellophane for all other containers.
