Luscious and intense, we marry rich beef and chicken stock with deep red wine and a generous spoon of redcurrant jelly to create our red wine jus. Made with specially selected ingredients. Free from artificial colours and flavours. No added salt.

Cooking instructions:

Hob (3-4 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for three (3) minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing from microwave.

A perfect accompaniment for all roast meats and casseroles.

This product has a guaranteed minimum 27-day shelf life and is freezer-safe for one year.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within three (3) days.
