Granola
Sally's secret recipe of toasted grains, nuts, spices and candied fruits. Perfect for breakfast sprinkled over yoghurt or fresh fruits - or straight out of the bag!

Muesli
A luxurious mix of jumbo rolled oats, almonds, pecans & dried fruits

Spiced Nuts
Almonds, pecans, walnuts roasted with rosemary, garlic, hot cayenne pepper & extra virgin olive oil.

Green Olive & Walnut Paste
Green olives, walnuts, garlic, orange zest & extra virgin olive oil. Serve with fish, chicken, crostini or simply with fresh pasta

Black Olive paste
A 'tapenade' style paste - without the anchovy

Onion 'marmalade'
Sweet & sour relish. Serve with cheeses & cold meats

Piccallili
A chunky relish of crunchy vegetables in a mustard sauce.

Apricot Chutney
Apricots, raisins, onions, wine vinegar & spices all combine to make this a mouth watering chutney to serve with cold meats & farm house cheeses.

Casteluccio Lentils
Small delicate lentils from the high plateau in Umbria, Italy. Small yield.

Puy Lentils
More common than the Casteluccio, dark green in colour.

Canadian wild rice
A very high quality long grain wild rice.

Carnoroli risotto rice
A superior quality - lovely consistency & the grains maintain a perfect bite

Vialon Nano risotto rice
Smaller,stubbier grain than Carnoroil, which cooks in a slightly shorter time

Tipo 'o' pasta flour
A high gluten flour, ideal for making pasta & light cakes
