A round loaf containing unbleached white flour and buttermilk

CAMPAGNARD

French country bread made with unbleached white flour, available as a long loaf or as flat-round loaf with deep slashes

CHOLLA

Traditional Jewish style plaited bread glazed with egg and decorated with sesame and poppy seeds

CIABATTA

Slipper shaped peasant style bread made with extra virgin olive oil, unbleached white flour and very small amounts of salt and yeast

CORN

Available as a round loaf or as "ears of corn"

CHEESE

A bloomer loaf made with mature cheddar cheese

A very thin long baguette made with unbleached flour

Available in a ring shape this is made with the same dough as the parmesan but also contains sage, rosemary and thyme

PANE TOSCANO

A rustic style loaf made with unbleached white flour and a very small amount of yeast and salt

PUMPERNICKEL

Made with rye and wholemeal flours and caraway seeds. Available as a small dome shaped round loaf

SULTANA

A bloomer loaf with Australian sultanas, topped with sesame seeds

ROSEMARY & RAISIN

A small stick with raisins, rosemary and rock salt

RYE

A light rye bread available as a round or a long loaf, made with rye flour, unbleached white flour and caraway seed, topped with poppy seeds

100% RYE

A WHEAT FREE tin loaf made with 100% rye flours and salt

SPICED FRUIT

Baked in a tin this bread contains sultanas, mixed peel and mixed spice

SUN DRIED TOMATO

A round loaf made with Italian sun-dried tomatoes

SOUR DOUGH

A round loaf made with our own sour dough starter, this bread contains rye and unbleached white flour and is very crusty

Ideal accompaniments for soups or light snacks. Available in Black Olive, Walnut, Wholewheat and Honey, Onion, Sun Dried Tomato, Herb and Olive Oil, Rye, Buttermilk, Hazelnut and Raisin, Corn, Sultana, Parmesan, Wholewheat, Wholemeal and Campagnard.

  - SMALL

An ideal dinner roll. Available in Black Olive,Walnut, Wholewheat and Honey, Sour Dough, Sun Dried Tomato, Herb and Olive Oil, Rye, Buttermilk, Corn, Sultana, Parmesan, Herb and Parmesan, Wholewheat and Wholemeal

We can also make extra large bloomer loaves (double, triple or quadruple size) or single, double or triple sized tin loaves. These are ideal for sandwich making or large parties.

OUR BREADS ARE ALL MADE WITH PURIFIED WATER AND CONTAIN SALT AND YEAST UNLESS STATED.

 

Breakfast Goods

Most commercially available croissant and brioche are made with butter substitutes. Our morning goods are all made with the finest unsalted Normandy Butter which gives these products a unique natural buttery flavour.

CROISSANTS:

Made with unbleached white flour, unsalted Normandy butter and free range eggs

  - PLAIN

Made in the traditional crescent shape

  - CHEESE

A flat coiled croissant topped with melted mature cheddar cheese

  - ALMOND

A flat coil with almond paste, sultanas and flaked almonds

  - PEEL

An oblong croissant filled with citrus peel, almond paste and almonds.

  - CHOCOLATE

An oblong croissant filled with dark Belgian chocolate

All the above but half the size
