OUR BREADS ARE ALL MADE WITH PURIFIED WATER AND CONTAIN SALT AND YEAST UNLESS STATED.
Most commercially available croissant and brioche are made with butter substitutes.
Our morning goods are all made with the finest unsalted Normandy Butter which
gives these products a unique natural buttery flavour.
