Freshly baked breads & breakfast pastries are
on display from early each morning. Tarts, cakes, pizza & foccacia with seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs
& salad leaves are made by our pastry kitchen throughout the day. The kitchen also produces jams, jellies,
pickles & chutneys, fresh soups, sauces for pastas & relishes to accompany meats, fish & crostini.
Every day a fresh selection of seasonal fruits and vegetables are offered for sale. For example, apples
& pears from Kent, pumpkins from Sunnyfields Organic Farm, New Forest wild mushrooms, English asparagus,
Jersey Royal potatoes and new season Egyptian garlic.
Herbs & salad leaves may also be purchased from the kitchen depending upon availability.
To complement our own products we stock over 40 British and Irish cheeses which are ripened to perfection
for us by Neal's Yard Dairy, select coffees from Monmouth Coffee House, extra virgin olive oils & dry store
goods, many of which are used by the Restaurant. Please
