Seviche of sea bass monkfish and scallops with steamed mussels, shaved fennel, purple cress, red onion and coriander.
Warm spring asparagus wrapped in San Daniele ham with Gorgonzola sauce and toasted pinenuts.

Wild sea trout fillet roasted with chive and lemon mayonnaise, summer vegetables, peas and pot of Jersey Royals.
Roasted corn fed chicken breast with black olive, hazelnut and vine tomato relish; leaf spinach and herbed organic spelt.
Leg of Berkshire Downs lamb with braised cannellini beans, Trentno speck, herbs and Tuscan olive oil; spring cabbage.

Strawberry ice cream with brown sugar palmier.
Lemon posset with raspberry sauce and pistachio wafers.
Dark chocolate mousse tart with cherries poached in Kirsch.

Farmhouse cheeses with oatmeal biscuits and radishes £7.50 (this may be served either before dessert or after).

Sally Clarke Ltd is currently looking for a retail assistant with at least 2 years experience in quality food establishments.
The successful applicant will have lots of common sense, initiative and a desire to succeed in this busy provisions and bakery shop next to the award winning restaurant in Kensington Church Street.

Applicants must have:
- previous retail experience in the food industry
- a passion for food
- excellent customer service skills
- good command of English (both spoken and written)

Long term position (5 day week, no Sundays).
